Culver's

Culver's is always clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, the food is delicious. I like to order the Rueben sandwich meal or the tenderloin meal. The fries are thick, crinkle style - my favorite.

Great food even if it is a little greasy

Everything was good with our order. We ordered 2 meals. There was no one in drive through, but the inside was pretty busy for being 8pm. There was no one behind me in line, but they still had me pull ahead with a number. By the time someone else came up in the drive thru behind me a girl was having to walk the food out to me and man was is freezing out! 19°, extremely windy with snow... It was unnecessary for me to pull ahead and have her running orders outside. They did the same with the car behind me too and no one behind them??

Love!! It has amazing food and I love there chucking stripes. I would live here if it was possible. I want to eat there again right now.

They have pretty good service

A bit more expensive than other fast food places but much tastier. If you go here you absolutely must try the onion rings and the ice cream! They are both delicious.

Wonderful ice cream and the shrimp dinner was delicious, too.

Fresh and made to order

This is hands down the best fast food place in town! Great food and such a friendly crew! I always feel like I'm being welcomed home! It may sound corny but they really are that nice! Many of the crew, I hace observed, have been there long term so it seems a goid place to work, as well as to be a customer!

Good chicken sandwiches

I don't normally eat outside of what is my comfort zone, so like McDonald's, Burger King, etc. Or whatever my parents bring home that tends to be cold after a 45 minute drive. This was the first time having actually fresh and amazing Culver's. The service was amazing. The food was some of the best I've ever had from a quick dine and go resturant. I asked for some fish (my favorite) - and they added lemon slices and more. The fish was cooked to absolute perfection. If I could rate with a hundred more stars I would. That was some good eating. And I can't recommend it enough. And to further add hype. I asked for a specific side. And they gave it to me with change. Everything I asked for they gave me that much extra. The best experience I've had.

The food was just okay nothing to brag about! We waited for over 15 minutes for our food and then my finance went inside and they didn't say nothing, didn't offer us our money back or nothing and they had messed up our order and didn't even tell us we just waited and waited. It was not a great Culver's exspirence.

The restaurant on a Sunday afternoon was filthy. There was only 2 customers when we walked in. Every single table was dirty and there was trash everywhere on the floor. There was Plenty of staff that didn’t seem to care that it was so dirty. The buffalo chicken strips were rubbery and not cooked all the way. The Ruben was soaked in dressing and the cheese wasn’t melted. Our experience wasn’t the best. When they first opened with the old owners had higher standards. Hopefully the current owners will work to get the restaurant back to it’s best. Culver’s is a much needed restaurant in town so hopefully they can turn it around!

Food is great but need to change your lettuce supplier. Used to love cashew chicken salad but today it's not the same. Lettuce is hard to eat.

Culver's is always good, and always fast. And the food is always consistently excellent. Unlike other fast food establishments, you can expect a good experience here. You pay a little extra, but the quality and the experience is worth every penny.

Horrible service. Messed up someone’s order and ours. Gave us their food. Once our food was given to us the burger was bright pink and raw. And they proceeded to make the other person wait. 🤢

I took a very special person to it and we loved it and the food and employees were great.

I love the ice cream and the concrete mixers, the hamburgers are delicious.

Cold, dried out food that's been sitting out for who knows how long. Even after re ordering after getting cold food. Got more cold food.

Good food, Starting to get pricy

Consistent good quality, wider variety of food and excellent frozen custard with lots of add-ons to create your own delicious combinations. Perfect for families, teams, couples and individuals of all ages alike. Spacious seating / dining area plus outdoor space. Table delivery is standard procedure. Only setback is the customer service could use improvements, likely due to frequent rotation of young employees.

There salad was delish

You know, I always like Culver's...high quality and good service. But they don't put sauce on the sandwiches, which is fine because most places put too much sauce on. But how can you knowingly have just sold me sandwich's to-go that don't have anything on them and not ask me if you can give me some ketchup/mayo/mustard...anything to make this sandwich not so dry. I guess I know for the future, but definitely an unfortunate outcome for what could have been an enjoyable meal and money well spent.

Comparable to Hardee's, price-wise, but way better food! Plus they have cheese balls... who doesn't love fried & battered chunks of cheese?! Yum!!

Very fast, friendly service. All employees working & staying busy. It was very clean. I had a small sundae - very good!

They are probably one the best places to have a Burger almost next to home made

Culvers is one of my favorite place to eat at. When I go to my sister house in Marshalltown ia try to eat there.

The bun was bigger than my hamburger which you couldn't see under the slice of cheese.

When I got here it was pretty quiet. No lines. Not really anyone in the store. I ordered six drinks to go. Took them almost half an hour to make. By the time they were done the first ones were kinda runny and melted. I had to repeat my order a lot. Three different people took it. I eventually went over to a chair and sat down to wait. I only saw three customers come while I was waiting. Maybe they need to focus a little more on their job and the people who help pay their bills...

We have had many family get togethers here, they are always helpful. Even in a rush they still are helpful and so polite.

My fiancee and I stopped by for a Culver's chicken sandwich and sourdough melt with deluxe condiments. When we opened our food at home the frys were already cold, and my sandwich had no condiments aside from the meat patty and fried onions. When I called the store, I was hung up on. So I called back and asked to speak with the GM. When I got a hold of the GM Mr. Levi Thompson, it started out as a pleasantry, then turned into Levi interrogating me as to why I keep coming back if I have issues with the quality of service. I told him if I am going to be treated like that my fiancee and I will no longer be eating at his establishment, and he informed me that he doesn't need my business because he does so much money every day. I immediately asked to speak to his district rep, at which time he informed me he is CULVER'S. And he is the only one that can solve problems in Marshalltown. Then promptly sat his phone down, but didn't hang up.
